Minghin Cuisine

We often dine in at Minghin on weekends, but after work on a cold night delivery is a lot more appealing than schlepping to Chinatown for atmosphere. Our two orders from Minghin through GrubHub have been terrific. The food arrived on time, well packed and with all the little things like plenty of chopsticks, plastic forks and spoons, and rice, even without us asking about these things specifically. We've ordered the Peking Duck (which includes the crispy skin served on a bed of scallions and rice crackers, puffy little buns, rather than the usual pancakes, and a stir-fry of duck meat and vegetables) several noodle and vegetable dishes, and potstickers. Everything looks and tastes good. The portions are fairly generous. We are two adults and a hungry adolescent. A half duck, two vegetable dishes and 6 potstickers fed everybody well, with a few leftovers even.

Terrific!! We ordered ginger and scallion lobster, eggrolls, spare ribs, and crab rangoon. The lobster was perfectly cooked and seasoned, egg roll was yummy, and ribs were the ribs we've had in a long time (the sauce that came with them was wonderful). The woman who took our order was nice and helpful. Delivery was quick. The only complaint was that the crab rangoon was cold, but the filling was tasty and since everything was so fresh, I won't take away a star. Try them !! UPDATE: even better than the first time!! lemon chicken, beef with mango, beef with pineapple, ribs, egg rolls.. yummy !! BEST chinese food yet !!

The restaurant ran out of an item, they called me personally to ask me what I wanted instead. The person at the restaurant was very helpful, and made sure I was satisfied with the replacement.
The grubhub personnel called me moments after to inform me of the 66ed items. He confirmed my changes and everything was perfect and on time.
Wonderful experience, food was excellent, great customer service all around.

Even though it was an hour late, this place is amazing. They refunded my money, the manager called me personally and apologized. But none of that is important, because the food more than made up for it. Seriously amazing. Orange Chicken was probably the best I've ever eaten, and the egg rolls were equally amazing. From now on when I eat Chinese food, it'll be compared to the bar that Minghin Cuisine has set.

I love the chow mein with beef and chicken fried rice. The crab Rangoon was better than most places and I've tried a lot of take out from Bridgeport and Chinatown area! A lot of restaurants give you white rice (even if you didn't order it) , but we did not receive complimentary white rice when we ordered delivery from Minghin. It's not a complaint, just a tip.

Literally the best Chinese food Ive ever had! I highly recommend
